The firm provides independent, whole of market mortgage advice on all aspects of the property finance market - which includes the purchase and remortgage of residential, investment (buy-to-let), commercial and overseas property, as well as being able to advice the over 55's equity release service.

The services provided by Mark Williams at the Mortgage Monkey were professional and thorough. Mark is very approachable and the advice given by him has been extreemly helpful. Mark Williams is a brilliant mortgage adviser . He is approachable. He will make an effort to meet up with you and discussed all the best deals for you based on a thorough exploration of your needs. He always give good and clear advise. Mark will do most of it for you , so it's less hassle, cost-effective and give you reassurance.

In a tricky market for the self employed, Mark tracked down a mortgage for us when a number of other brokers had given up. He's proved himself to be friendly, helpful and responsive and I have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

I Have used this company since 2006, and have been impressed with the professional manner in which the business is run from initial contact, until work is completed you are guided and supported with up to date information, reports and a variety of options, response times are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble.. I have worked with Mark Williams on a couple of occasions for my mortgage arrangements. Initially as a first time buyer and then for our current home, both times have been very straight forward and as pain free as these things can be.
